Sandwitches are so versatile that you can eat it anytime. so today I am sharing very easy way of making vegetable cheese sandwitch.
Here I am using onion tomato, capsicum and carrot you can use any vegetable.
Preparation time :- 20 minutes

Ingredients:-
- Bread Slice - 4
- Grated processed Cheese - 50 grams
- Chopped onion - 2 tbsp
- Chopped Capsicum - 2 tbsp
- Chopped carrot - 2 tbsp
- Chopped Tomato - 2 tbsp
- Black Olives - 10-12 chopped
- Butter - as required
- Salt - to taste
- Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Chilly flakes - as per taste
- Mixed Herbs- As per taste
Method:-
- In a big bowl add onion , tomato, capsicum ,carrot olives, cheese, pepper, chilly flakes mixed herbs and salt.
- Mix properly and keep it aside.
- Take one bread slice, grease it nicely by butter on one side.
- Now place the butter side down on a chopping board.
- Place the mixture of vegetable and cheese on it , spread nicely.
- Now place another bread slice over the mixture .
- Grease the top surface of bread with butter.
- Ready the another sandwitch same way.
- Now place the sandwitch on hot tava.
- Keep the flame low.
- Cook till golden , flip the side .
- Cook both sides till golden.
- Takeout from tava.
- Your yummy vegetable cheese sandwitch is ready.
- Cut the sandwitches in your desired shape.
- Serve hot with ketchup or green chutney.
