Everyone loves Allo Paratha, today I am sharing my way of making this delicious recipe.

Ingredients:-
- Whole wheat flour - 2 cups
- Potato - 4 medium sized or 500 grams
- Onion - 1 medium size finely chopped
- Green chilly - 1 chopped
- Ginger - 1/2 inch chopped
- Green coriander leaves - 2 tbsp chopped
- Anardana powder - 1 tsp
- Kashmiri red chilly powder- 1/2 tsp
- Carom seeds - 1 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Oil or ghee- as required
Method-
- First prepare a soft dough by adding water to the flour.
- Keep it for rest.
- Now prepare stuffing.
- Boil , peel and mashed the potato.
- Now add onion, ginger, green chilly, carom seeds, anardana powder, chilly powder, saltand coriander leaves to the mashed potato.
- Mix well all the ingredients.
- Now take a ball out of the dough.
- Roll it into 3 to 4 inch circle , put one tablespoon of stuffing on it.
- By joining all the edges of the circle make a ball.
- Flat the ball by pressing between the palms.
- Now roll this ball into a curcular paratha.
- Prepare all the paratha by repeating the process.
- Now heat tava over medium flame.
- Place the rolled paratha on tava.
- After one minute flip the paratha and apply oil on outer surface.
- Gain flip the paratha and apply oil or ghee on other side.
- Roast the paratha till brown spots comes on both surfaces.
- Takeout from tava.
- Your yummy allo paratha is ready to serve.
- Serve hot with curd, pickle or sauce.
