Vegetable Appe is a very quick and instant breakfast or snack recipe which takes very less time to prepare and tastes yum.
It is very healthy recipe as loaded with vegetables and needs very less oil to prepare.

Ingredients:-
- Semolina or Suji - 1 cup
- Fresh Curd:- 1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Onion - 2 tbsp chopped
- Carrot- 2 tbsp chopped
- Capsicum- 2 tbsp chopped
- chilly flakes- 1 tsp
- Chaat masala - 1 tsp
- coriander leaves- 2 tbsp chopped
- Baking soda - 1/4 tsp
- Oil- 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds- 1/2 tsp
- Mustard seeds- 1/2 tsp
Method:-
- In a bowl take suji , curd and salt and by adding water make a batter.
- Cover it and give it rest for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes mix and add onion, carrot ,capsicum, chilly flakes and chaat masala and mix well.
- In a tadka pan heat oil ,cumin seeds and mustard seeds .
- When seeds splutter pour the tadka over the prepared mixture.
- Mix well, add coriander leaves and water to adjust the consistency of the batter.
- Batter should not be too much thick or thin , it should be of dripping consistency.
- Add baking soda.
- Mix well
- Heat the Appe pan and grease with oil.
- Pour the batter into each cavity .
- Cover with lid and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Flip the side and cook.
- It takes 7 to 8 minutes to cook one batch of appe.
- Take out on plate.
- Your healthy and delicious appe is ready.
- Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
