Pav Bhaji is the most popular street food of Mumbai. Here I am sharing easy and quick method of making pavbhaji at home.

Ingredients:-
- Pav - 2 packets
- Potato - 4 medium sized
- Carrot - 1 big or 2 small
- Peas - 1/2 cup
- Capsicum- 1/2 finely chopped
- Onion -2 medium size finely chopped
- Tomato - 3 medium size finely chopped
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Green coriander - 2 tablespoon finely chopped
- Butter - 50 grams
- Oil -1 tablespoon
- Pavbhaji masala - 2 teaspoon
- Haldi powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1tsp
- Kashmiri red chilly powder - 1 tablespoon
- Salt 1 1/2 tsp or according to taste
- Green chilly - 1 chopped
- Cumin seed - 1 tsp
Method:-
- First boil potato , carrot and peas.
- In a hot pan add oil and 2 tablespoon butter add cumin seeds and let it splutter.
- Add ginger garlic paste and cook for a minute.
- Add onion and fry for 2 minutes.
- Add capsicum and fry for a minute.
- Add tomatoes, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilly powder and pavbhaji masala and mix well.
- Cover with lid for 4- 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes remove the lid give it a good mix and add boiled vegetables and with the help of masher start mashing the vegetables.
- Add vegetable stalk and mash again
- Add fresh coriander and rest of butter and cook it for another 2 minutes by covering the lid.
- After 2 minutes turn off the flame.
- Your yummy bhaji is ready.
- Now heat a tava add littke butter and sprinkle some pav bhaji masala and toast the pav from both sides.
- Serve the hot pav with bhaji.
