Ingredients:-
- Potato - 2 medium size (200 grams)
- Wheat Flour :- 250 grams or 2 cups
- Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
- Chilly Flakes - 1/2 tsp
- Anardana powder - 1/2 tsp
- Chat Masala - 1/2 tsp
- Carom seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Oil
Method:-
- In a big bowl grate boil potatoes.
- Now add wheat flour, turmeric powder, coriander powder, chilly flakes, anardana powder cumin seeds ,carom seeds ,salt and chaat masala powder.
- Mix all the ingredients to form a dough by add little water at a time.
- Now take out a boll from the formed dough and roll it in to puri.
- Roll all the puris out of the dough.
- Now heat oil in a pan.
- Fry puris in hot oil by flipping from both sides.
- Your yummy allu Masala Puri is ready to serve.
- Serve hot with pickle, raita, curd or any subji.
