Eggless Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Ganache / Easy Chocolate Cake Recipe / Chocolate Cake Recipe

Everyone love chocolates so today I am sharing very easy recipe of chocolate cake which comes out soft and spongy.

In this recipe the star is chocolate genache which took it to the another level.
Its completely upto you whether you want only sponge or full decorated cake.

This cake recipe is so versatile that you can use it for any celebration , or tea time snack or as a weekend treat.





Preparation time :- 80 minutes
Servings :- 6

Ingredients:-


  • 1 1/2 cup - maida
  • 1 cup -  milk
  • 3/4 cup - powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup - condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup- coco powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp coffee powder (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
For decoration:-


  • 3 tbsp - chocolate syrup
  • 250 grams - dark chocolate
  • 100 ml - fresh cream
  • Silver and colourful sprinkles
Method:-




  • In a bowl take condensed milk, sugar ,oil ,milk and mix well.
  • strain the maida, coco powder, baking powder, baking soda and coffee powder.
  • Mix the dry ingredient with the wet and form a smooth batter.
  • now add vanilla essence and mix.
  • Add lemon juice and mix in one direction only.
  • cake batter is ready, pour the batter in a greased tin.
  • Tap 3 to 4 times to release the air bubbles.
  • Now put the cake tin into preheated oven at 200 degee centigrade for 30 minutes , check if not done then again bake for 10 minutes at 180 degree centigrade.
  • take it out from oven.
  • Take chocolate syrup and 4 tbsp of water and mix.
  • Take dark chocolate and fresh cream and microwave it for 30 seconds.
  • After 30 seconds mix and again microwave for 30 secs.
  • Your ganache is ready.
  • De-mold the cake and cut it horizontally into 2 halves.
  • take 1 half and soak with chocolate syrup, and apply ganache over it now take the second layer and soak it with syrup and place it over the first one.
  • cover the cake with chocolate ganache and keep it in the refrigerator for an hour to set .
  • After an hour take it out from freeze and decorate.(watch video for decoration)
  • your chocolate cake with chocolate ganache is ready.
