Paneer paratha is an Indian bread stuffed with Paneer recipe. As parathas are comfort food among north Indians , basically served at breakfast but it is so versatile that you can have it any time.
It is so yummy that you don't need any side dish . Usually it serve with butter , curd or pickles.
Planner paratha can be prepared with combination of capsicum and paneer to make it capsicum paneer paratha or you can combine it with potato to make paneer aloo paratha.

Ingredients:-
For stuffing:-
- Cottage cheese:- 250 grams
- Onion:- 1 medium size finely chopped
- Ginger:- 1 inch finely chopped
- Anardana:- 1 tsp
- Salt:- 1 tsp or according to taste
- Green corriander leaves:- 1 tablespoon finely chopped
- Green chili :- 2 finely chopped
For paratha dough:-
- Wheat flour :- 2 cups for making dough and 1/2 cup for dusting
For roasting:-
- ghee or oil as required
Method:-
- First in a large mixing bowl take 2 cups of wheat flour and with the help of water knead soft dough and keep it for rest till you prepare stuffing.
- Now in another bowl take grated paneer, finely chopped onion, corriander leaves, Ginger , green chillies, anardana and salt.
- Give the stuffing a good mix and keep aside.
- Take a medium sized ball out of dough and roll it in 5 inch diameter.
- Place 1 tablespoon of stuffing in the center.
- Now assemble the edges and by pressing at the centre make flat ball.
- With the help of rolling pin roll the paratha in circular shape.
- Heat tawa over medium flame and put rolled paratha on it, let it cook for a minute and change the side .
- Let the other side also cook for a minute and sprinkle oil or ghee on it and cook it till outer layer turns golden brown by tossing both sides.
- Your delicious paneer paratha is ready to eat.
- Serve it hot with butter, pickle, tomato sauce or curd.
