As Mango is in the season so I thought to make Eggless Mango cake and it turned out surprisingly amazing. We had a great time enjoying this easy recipe and my kids liked it a lot and it became their current favoriate.
As this recipe is easy to make and packed with goodness of super fruit Mango its a win-win situation for me, and I made this recipe 2 times in a span of 10 days.

Ingredients;-
- All purpose flour- 2 cups
- Mango puree- 1cup
- Fresh curd- 1/2 cup
- Sugar- 1 cup (powdered)
- oil- 1/2 cup
- Milk- as per requirement
- Baking Soda- 1/4 tsp
- Baking powder- 1/2 tsp
- Cardamom powder- 1/2 tsp
Method:-
- First preheat the oven at 180 degree centigrade.
- In bowl sieve all purpose flour, baking powder and baking soda and keep it aside.
- In another bowl take mango puree and powdered sugar and mixed well with whisker.
- now add curd and oil into it and mix well.
- in the mix now add cardamom powder and start adding flour mix which we earlier keep in a bowl.
- With the help of milk make a batter of dripping consistency.
- Put the batter in to greesed mould and let it bake for 40 minutes on 220 degree centigrade.
- Check with knife if knife come out clean then its done otherwise bake it more 5 to 10 minutes.
- Your nice summery desert Mango cake is ready.
- Serve it with fresh cream and fresh mango cubes.
