We all love dosa but don't want to do the lengthy and time taking process of making the dosa batter so, here is the no fail recipe of Instant Rava dosa which you can prepare in no time.
Here I am sharing very easy and instant way of making this delicious recipe.
Preparation Time:- 30 minutes
Servings:- 3-4
Ingredients:-
Semolina or Rava - 1/2 cup
Rice flour - 1/2 cup
Refined flour or maida - 1/4 cup
Onion - 1 finely chopped
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Salt - as per taste
Method:-
In a big bowl take rava, rice flour, maida, cumin seeds,onion and salt and mix well.
Now form a batter of running consistency by adding water to it.
The batter should be very thin.
Cover the batter and give it 15 minutes rest.
After 15 minutes open the lid and give it a mix.
Check the consistency of batter if it becomes thick then add water and mix.
Now heat tava nicely and pour a laddlefull of batter spreading all over on it.
Let the outer surface of dosa dry then add one tbsp of oil or ghee on it, cook the dosa on medium flame till golden brown in colour.
your crispy crunchy , porous rava dosa is ready to it .
Serve hot with chutney or sambhar.
