Suji Butter Rings / Perfect Tea Time Snack / Snack recipe by Cook with Seema

Suji Butter Rings is a very tasty crunchy from outside with melt in mouth texture Snack recipe.

Its very easy to prepare as you need only few things to make.




Preparation Time: - 40 minutes
Servings:- 6-8
Ingredients:-


  • Semolina or Suji - 1 and 1/4 cups
  • Butter- 3 tbsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pizza seasonings- 1 tsp
  • Chilly flakes - 1/2 tsp
  • Black Pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
  • Oil - for frying


Method:-





  • In a bowl take Suji, butter ,salt,Pizza seasoning, chilly flakes and pepper powder.
  • Mix nicely using hands.
  • Now make a soft dough using little water at a time.
  • Cover the dough and give it rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • After 10 to 15 minutes open the lid and again knead the dough and make soft if need use water.
  • Now take a small portion of dough and roll it in to thin roll.
  • Cut the roll into 3 inches pieces.
  • Make rings by joining both the sides of the roll.
  • Prepare all the rings in similar way.
  • Now fry the rings till golden brown by flipping sides.
  • take it out on paper towel.
  • Your yummy snack is ready.
