Ingredients:-
- Semolina or Suji - 1 and 1/4 cups
- Butter- 3 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
- Pizza seasonings- 1 tsp
- Chilly flakes - 1/2 tsp
- Black Pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
- Oil - for frying
Method:-
- In a bowl take Suji, butter ,salt,Pizza seasoning, chilly flakes and pepper powder.
- Mix nicely using hands.
- Now make a soft dough using little water at a time.
- Cover the dough and give it rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
- After 10 to 15 minutes open the lid and again knead the dough and make soft if need use water.
- Now take a small portion of dough and roll it in to thin roll.
- Cut the roll into 3 inches pieces.
- Make rings by joining both the sides of the roll.
- Prepare all the rings in similar way.
- Now fry the rings till golden brown by flipping sides.
- take it out on paper towel.
- Your yummy snack is ready.
