Kadhai Paneer Recipe / How to Make Kadhai Paneer at Home / Kadhai Paneer Recipe with Kadhai Masala

Kadhai Paneer is very famous Indian curry of Punjabi cousin loved by all.
Here  I am sharing very easy and authentic way of preparing kadhai paneer.


The secret of preparing  kadhai paneer is freshly prepared kadhai masala which takes it to another level. so prepare fresh kadhai masala every time you prepare kadhai paneer.



Preparation Time:- 50 minutes
Servings :-4


Ingredients:-


  • Paneer - 200 grams
  • Capsicum (red, yellow and green ) - 2 tbsp each
  • Onion - 2 large
  • Tomato - 2 large
  • Fresh cream -2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Coriander powder- 1 tsp
  • Kashmiri red Chilly powder - 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds -1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste -1 tbsp
  • Kasuri methi - 1 tsp
  • Butter -1 tsp
  • Oil- 3 tsp
For kadhai masala-

  • Coriander- 1 tsp
  • Dry
  •  red chilly - 2
  • Green cardamom -2
  • Cloves - 4
  • Cinnamon stick- 1 inch
  • Cumin seeds- 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper- 1/2 tsp


Method:-



First will dry roast the kadhai masala on low flame for 2 minutes.
Let it cool and grind coarsely.
Now in a pan heat 1 tsp of oil add 1 diced onion.
fry for a minute add diced bell peppers and saute on high flame for 2 minutes.
keep aside.
Now heat a kadhai , add 2 tsp of oil and 1 tsp of butter.
when butter melts add cumin seeds.
now add 1 large finely chopped onion.
fry it till brown.
add ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute.
Now add finely chopped tomatoes.
Add salt as per taste, cover and cook till tomato becomes soft and mashy.
now add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilly powder and prepared kadhai masala.
mix well and cook on medium flame till oil starts oozing out.
Now add a glass of water and mix.
Add kasurimethi , cover and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
After 3 minutes open the lid, mix and add sauteed veggies and diced paneer mix well.
Add 2 tbsp of fresh cream , cover and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
After 3 minutes open the lid , mix .
turn off the flame.
Your yummy Kadhai paneer is ready.
Serve hot with roti, puri or paratha.

As Christmas is round the corner and December is the month of baking  this  simple chocolate cookies recipe is a must try. 
These cookies are extremely delicious crunchy from outside and soft and chewy from inside.



In this recipe i have used chopped milk chocolate , you can use chocolate  chips  too. 

Preparation time :- 40 minutes
Servings- 8

Ingredients:-

  • Maida - 1 and 1/2 cup
  • Butter- 1 cup
  • Brown sugar - 1 cup
  • Milk chocolate- 1/2 cup
  • Baking powder- 1 tsp
  • Baking soda- 1/4 tsp

Method:-



  • In a bowl take melted butter and add powdered brown sugar to it.
  • With the help of whisker mix well.
  • Now add maida, baking powder and baking soda to it.
  • mix well.
  • Add chopped chocolate and mix well.
  • Now take a small portion and form a round ball by giving gentle pressure .
  • Put it in a tray and place it in the preheated oven at 180 degree for initially 12 minutes.
  • After 12 minutes, reduce the temperature to 160 degree and again cook it for 10 minutes.
  • Takeout from the oven.
  • Let it cool completely and Enjoy!

Everyone loves Coffee either its homemade or outside. Today I am sharing restaurant or cafe style Cappuccino which you can prepare at home without machine.


Preparation Time: - 20 minutes
Servings :- 6

Ingredients:-


  • Instant Coffee - 4 tsp
  • Sugar- 6 tsp
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Boil Water - 1/2 cup
Method-



  • In a bowl mix coffee , sugar and mix well.
  • Now add 2 tsp of hot water.
  • Start Whisking with hand whisker.
  • After beating a minute , mixture starts changing colour , now add one more tsp water.
  • Keep on whisking till you get a creamy, light and frothy texture by adding 1 tsp water at a time.
  • After 6-7 minutes of whipping you will get creamy whip coffee.
  • Transfer it into a container.
  • Heat a cup of full cream milk.
  • In a cup add 3 tsp of whipped coffee.
  • Pour milk in to the cup.
  • Add one more  teaspoon whip coffee in the cup.
  • Mix with the spoon.
  • Sprinkle some coffee on the top.
  • Your creamy , frothy cafe style coffee is ready.

Suji Butter Rings / Perfect Tea Time Snack / Snack recipe by Cook with Seema

Suji Butter Rings is a very tasty crunchy from outside with melt in mouth texture Snack recipe.

Its very easy to prepare as you need only few things to make.




Preparation Time: - 40 minutes
Servings:- 6-8
Ingredients:-


  • Semolina or Suji - 1 and 1/4 cups
  • Butter- 3 tbsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pizza seasonings- 1 tsp
  • Chilly flakes - 1/2 tsp
  • Black Pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
  • Oil - for frying


Method:-





  • In a bowl take Suji, butter ,salt,Pizza seasoning, chilly flakes and pepper powder.
  • Mix nicely using hands.
  • Now make a soft dough using little water at a time.
  • Cover the dough and give it rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • After 10 to 15 minutes open the lid and again knead the dough and make soft if need use water.
  • Now take a small portion of dough and roll it in to thin roll.
  • Cut the roll into 3 inches pieces.
  • Make rings by joining both the sides of the roll.
  • Prepare all the rings in similar way.
  • Now fry the rings till golden brown by flipping sides.
  • take it out on paper towel.
  • Your yummy snack is ready.

Vanilla Sponge Cake is a basic cake recipe which anyone can prepare in no time.

You can decorate the sponge according to your choice or you can add dry fruits to make it more flavourful.





It goes very well with evening tea.

Preparation Time:- 60 minutes
Servings :- 6 to 8

Ingredients:-


  • All purpose flour - 1 and 1/2 cup or 200  grams
  • Curd -1/2 cup (fresh)
  • Sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Butter - 1/2 cup or 80 grams
  • Baking Powder - 1 tsp
  • Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
  • Milk - 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla extract- 1 tsp

Method:-



  • First grease the 9 inch tin with butter.
  • In a big bowl take curd, butter and sugar and mix well with the help of whisker.
  • Now strain maida ,baking powder and baking soda.
  • Now add the dry ingredients to the bowl.
  • Mix and now add milk and make a smooth batter, make sure no lumps left.
  • Now pour the batter into greased tin.
  • Tap the tin to get rid of bubbles.
  • Place the tin into preheated oven for 50 minutes.
  • After 50 minutes take it out from oven .
  • Check with knife ,if knife comes clean it means cake is done.
  • cool it on wire rack for half an hour.
  • Your yummy vanilla cake is ready.

Gud ki Kheer / How to make Gud ki Kheer / Step by step recipe of Jaggery and Rice Kheer

Gud ki Kheer is very Healthy and Tasty Desert used to make in winter.

  As gud is very high in Iron and minerals  and also this is the time of the year when you get fresh gud so give it a try this season.




Preparation Time :- 40 minutes
Servings :- 4

Ingredients:-
Full cream Milk- 1 litre
Rice - 1/2 cup
Jaggery or Gud - 3/4 cup
Dry coconut - 2 tbsp chopped
Cashewnuts s-2 tbsp
Raisins- 2 tbsp
Ghee - 1 tsp
Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp

Method:-



First Put the milk in a pan and keep it on Stove to bring a boil.
When milk is about to boil add soaked (15- 20 minutes ) rice.
Mix well turn the flame medium and cook it till rice cooks completely and turn into thick consistency by stirring in between.
Once rice cooks and kheer thickens, turn off the flame and let it cool.
Take another pan, add ghee and fry dry fruits till light golden.
Take it out from pan and in same pan add gud and 1/2 cup of water.
Let the gud melt and boil the syrup for 2 to 3 minutes.
Now turn off the flame and let it cool.
After sometime when kheer and gud syrup both cool down slightly then add gud syrup to kheer,add dry fruits and cardamom powder too.
mix well.
Your yummy Gud wale kheer is ready.
Serve hot or cool according to your taste.

Cauliflower and Potato Spicy Dry Sabji / How to make Aloo Gobhi Masala / Halwai Style Aloo Gobhi ki Sabji

Aloo Gobhi masala is a very common yet very delicious sabji use to prepare almost every Indian household.

Today I am going to share the recipe of making aloo gobhi masala in very easy way and by using very less oil.




Preparation Time:- 50 minutes
Servings - 3-4

Ingredients:-


  • Gobhi (Cauliflower) -300 grans
  • Potato - 300 grams
  • onion- 2 medium size
  • Tomato - 2 medium size pureed
  • ginger garlic - 1 tbsp grated
  • turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  • Red Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Hing - a pinch
  • Cumin seeds- 1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder -1/2 tsp
  • Green Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp chopped
  • Oil - 5 tbsp
  • Ginger - 1/2  inch cut into Julian's
  • green chilly -2 slitted


Method:-






  • First wash and cut cauliflower and peeled  potato in to around half inch pieces.
  • Heat a pan over medium heat add 3 tbsp of oil into it.
  • Once oil hot add cauliflower and fry it for 3 to 4 minutes on high flame.
  • After 4 minutes reduce the flame to medium , cover with Lid and cook for 5 minutes .
  • After 5 minutes open the lid , stir and add potatoes and cover the lid and cook it for 10 minutes.
  • Stir occasionally in between.
  • After 10 minutes check cauliflower and potato with a fork, if its done then cook it for another 3 - 4 minutes without covering, so that brown spot comes on potato and it fried.
  • Take  out the fried veggies from pan. 
  • In the same pan add 2 tbsp of oil.
  • Once oil hot add hing and cumin seeds and let it splutter.
  • Now add onion and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Add ginger and garlic , mix well and cook it for another minute.
  • Now add pureed tomato , salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder and red chilly powder.
  • Mix well and cook it till oil separates from masala.
  • Now add cauliflower and potato and mix with soft hand.
  • Now add 3 to 4 tbsp of water, cover the lid and cook for 2 minutes.
  • After 2 minutes open the lid add garam masala, coriander leaves, juliennes of ginger and 2 slitted green chilly, cover the lid cook for 2 minutes.
  • After 2 minutes open the lid and fry it on high flame till it dry.
  • Your yummy spicy allo gobhi ki dry sabji is ready.
  • Serve hot with roti, puri or plain paratha.

We all love dosa but don't want to do the lengthy and time taking process of making the dosa batter so, here is the no fail recipe of Instant Rava dosa which you can prepare in no time.

 Here I am sharing very easy and instant way of making this delicious recipe.





Preparation Time:- 30 minutes
Servings:- 3-4
Ingredients:-

Semolina or Rava - 1/2 cup
Rice flour - 1/2 cup
Refined flour or maida - 1/4 cup
Onion - 1 finely chopped
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Salt - as per taste

Method:-






In a big bowl take rava, rice flour, maida, cumin seeds,onion  and salt and mix well.
Now form a batter of running consistency by adding water to it.
The batter should be very thin.
Cover the batter and give it 15 minutes rest.
After 15 minutes open the lid and give it a mix.
Check the consistency of batter if it becomes thick then add water and mix.
Now heat tava nicely and pour a laddlefull of batter spreading all over on it.
Let the outer surface of dosa dry then add one tbsp of oil or ghee on it, cook the dosa on medium flame till golden brown in colour.
your crispy crunchy , porous rava dosa is ready to it .
Serve hot with chutney or sambhar.

Sambhar Recipe / How to make Sambhar / Easy and Quick Recipe of Sambhar

Sambhar is a SouthIndian curry in which Tur dal is cooked along with vegetables and spices.

It is commonly served with Idli, Vada, Dosa, Uttapam also enjoyed with plain rice.
Sambhar and rice is favourite lunch or dinner option in south region.

In this recipe I am using brinjal, carrot, beans, drumstick, onion and tomato , you can take any vegetable according to taste and availability.





Preparation time :- 40 minutes
Servings :- 6
Ingredients:-


  • Tur dal - 1 cup or 200 grams
  • Brinjal- 1/2 cup cut into cubes
  • Beans - 1/2 cups
  • Drumstick - 1 cut into 1 and half inches
  • Onion -1 chopped
  • Tomato- 2 chopped 
  • Ginger garlic - 1 tbsp grated
  • Tamerind pulp - 2 tbsp
  • Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
  • Sambhar masala- 2 tbsp
  • Urad dal- 1 tsp 
  • Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
  • Red chilly -2
  • Curry leaves- 10 -12
  • Oil or ghee - 2 tbsp


Method -




  • First wash tur dal and put it into Pressure cooker. 
  • Now add turmeric powder and salt. Add 4 to 5 cups of water.
  • Close the lid and switch on the flame.
  • After first whistle , turn off the flame , open the lid and add all the vegetables and ginger garlic.
  • Again close the lid and turn off the flame after one whistle.
  • Let the pressure comes down naturally.
  • Now take a pan add 2 tbsp of ghee or oil.
  • Add mustard seeds and urad dal and let the mustard seeds splutter.
  • Add red chilly and curry leaves .
  • Now add tamarind pulp and chilly powder and sambhar masala.
  • Add little water and fry it for 2 minutes.
  • Now add pressure cooked dal and vegetables.
  • Let it boil for another 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Turn off the flame. your delicious Sambhar is ready.
  • Serve hot with Idly, vada, dosa or simply plain rice.

Fresh Methi and gramflour Mathri - an Indian Snack Recipe / Mildly Spiced Teatime Snack Recipe

Mathri is favourite Indian snack recipe served along with evening tea and also on special occasions served along with sweets.

Here I am using Fresh methi (fenugreek ) leaves along with besan (gram flour) and rice flour.







Preparation time:- 40 minutes

Ingredients:-

  • Besan - 1 cup
  • Rice flour - 1/2 cup
  • Ghee or oil - 1/4 cup
  • Fresh methi leaves - 1/2 cup (chopped)
  • Carom seeds - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Chilly flakes -1 tsp


Method:-





  • In a bowl take besan, rice flour and ghee and mix well.
  • Now add chopped methi leaves, carom seeds, salt and chilly flakes.
  • Mix well and form a stiff dough by using little water at a time.
  • Now take a small portion of dough and make a small circular mathri by rolling the dough balls between your palms.
  • Ready all the mathris like this.
  • Now heat oil in kadhai over medium flame.
  • Place mathris one by one carefully in hot oil.
  • Fry from both sides till light golden by flipping sides.
  • Takeout from oil and place it on kitchen towel.
  • Let it cool and store it in airtight container.
  • Consume within a week.

Besan ke Laddo / How to make Besan ke Laddo / Indian Sweet Recipe / Festive Laddo

Besan ke Laddo is a very popular Indian sweet often made on auspicious occasions. The Festive season is about to begin so thought about sharing this very popular sweet recipe.

Here I am going to make laddoes using regular besan or gram flour.


Preparation Time :- 40 minutes
Servings -6-8
Ingredients:-

  • Besan or gram flour - 250 grams
  • Ghee - 2oo grams
  • Sugar -500 grams coarsely powdered
  • Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
  • Almonds as required for garnish


Method-



  • Heat a pan over medium flame.
  • Add ghee on it let it become slight hot.
  • Now add besan and mix well.
  • Roast this besan and ghee mixture on low flame till aroma releases from the besan and it tuns golden.
  • Keep stirring continuously otherwise it will burn.
  • Keep the flame low throughout the whole process.
  • After 15 minutes of roasting the besan on low flame nice aroma starts coming.
  • Now add a tablespoon of water in the besan and keep on stirring till bubbles sets down.
  • This process will take 3 to 4 minutes. 
  • Now our besan mixture is ready.
  • Turn off the flame and transfer the mixture into another container.
  • Add cardamom powder and mix well.
  • Let it cool . 
  • Now add sugar , mix well.
  • Now take small mixture out off it and shape it into laddoes.
  • Your tasty Besan Laddo is ready.
  • Store it in airtight container and consume it till 3 to 4 weeks.

Sandwitches are so versatile that you can eat it anytime. so today I am sharing very easy way of making vegetable cheese sandwitch.

Here I am using onion tomato, capsicum and carrot you can use any vegetable.






Preparation time :- 20 minutes
Servings :- 2
Ingredients:-

  • Bread Slice - 4
  • Grated processed Cheese - 50 grams
  • Chopped onion - 2 tbsp
  • Chopped Capsicum - 2 tbsp
  • Chopped carrot - 2 tbsp
  • Chopped Tomato - 2 tbsp
  • Black Olives  - 10-12 chopped
  • Butter - as required
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • Chilly flakes - as per taste
  • Mixed Herbs- As per taste

Method:-



  • In a big bowl add onion , tomato, capsicum ,carrot olives, cheese, pepper, chilly flakes mixed herbs and salt.
  • Mix properly and keep it aside.
  • Take one bread slice, grease it nicely by butter on one side.
  • Now place the butter side down on a chopping board.
  • Place the mixture of vegetable and cheese on it , spread nicely.
  • Now place another bread slice over the mixture .
  • Grease the top surface of bread with butter.
  • Ready the another sandwitch same way.
  • Now place the sandwitch on hot tava.
  • Keep the flame low.
  • Cook till golden , flip the side .
  • Cook both sides till golden.
  • Takeout from tava.
  • Your yummy vegetable cheese sandwitch is ready.
  • Cut the sandwitches in your desired shape.
  • Serve hot with ketchup or green chutney.

  • Fresh Sweet Corn - 2 cups
  • Butter - 2 tbsp
  • onion - 1 chopped
  • Tomato -1 chopped
  • Green chilly - 1 chopped
  • Black Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Chaat Masala - 1 tsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Lime juice - 1 tsp


Method:-




  • Heat a pan over medium flame.
  • Add 1 tbsp of butter and let it melt.
  • Now add onion  and saute it for a minute.
  • Now add sweet corn and mix well , cover it and cook it 5 minutes over medium flame.
  • Open the lid ,mix well and add tomato.
  • After adding tomato add salt and pepper and mix well.
  • Cook till tomato soften.
  • Now add chaat masala and remaining 1 tbsp of butter.
  • Mix well, cover the lid.
  • Cook for another one minute over medium flame.
  • After a minute  turn off the flame.
  • open the lid add lime juice.
  • mix well and Serve hot.


Note - Add salt carefully as butter is salty and salt is also there in Chaat masala.

Aloo Samosa / How to make perfect Samosa with 7 unique Tips / Easy and Perfect Samosa Recipe by Cook with Seema

Samosa is an all time favourite teatime snack famous across the Indian subcontinent.

Samosa is a delicious deep fried snack stuffed with spicy potato mixture.

I have tried to make this recipe very easy with 7 unique tips.




Preparation time:- 60 minutes
Servings :-6
Ingredients:-

For Dough:-

  • All purpose flour or Maida - 2 cups or 250 grams
  • Desi ghee - 60 grams
  • Carom seeds - 1 tsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Water - as required


For Filling:-

  • Boiled Potato - 6 or 500 grams
  • Frozen Pea - 2 tbsp
  • Peanuts - 2 tbsp
  • Cashew - 8-10 split  into halves
  • Green chilly - 1 chopped
  • Ginger - 1 tsp grated
  • Garlic - 1 tsp grated
  • Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder- 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin powder- 1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Chaat masala - 1 tsp
  • Green coriander leaves - 2 tbsp chopped


Method:-



  • Take the flour,carom seeds salt in a bowl and mix well and add ghee or oil.
  • With the help of hand rub the ghee in the flour to get a bread crumb like consistency.
  • The whole mixture should clamp together when joined.
  • Now start needing the dough by adding little water at a time.
  •  Knead a stiff dough, cover and keep aside for rest.
  • Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan, add cumin seeds,green chilly ginger and garlic and saute for a minute.
  • Add peanut, cashew and green peas and fry for 2 minutes.
  • Add turmeric powder, cumin and red chilly powder and fry for a minute.
  • Now add mashed potatoes and mix well.
  • Fry for another 2 minutes.
  • Now add salt, garam masala powder,chaat masala and green coriander leaves.
  • Fry for a minute.
  • Turn off the flame.
  • Divide the dough into 6 portions.
  • Take one portion of the dough, roll it with rolling pin into an oval shape keeping the thickness neither thick nor too thin.
  • Cut it into two halves through the centre.
  • Join the two ends to make a triangular shape by sealing the ends with water.
  • Stuff the prepared samosa cone with the prepared potato filling.
  • Apply some water with fingertips on the round samosa cone circumference (check the video to get it right)
  • Prepare all the samosa this way.
  • Now heat oil in a kadhai, once oil becomes medium hot place the samosas into oil carefully.
  • Fry till golden by flipping in between.
  • Once all the samosas turn golden take it out on paper towel.
  • Your yummy samosa is ready to eat.


Tip 1- Make sure the quantity of maida and ghee should be in the ratio of 1:5 that is for 250 grams of maida I am using 50 grams of ghee.

Tip 2- Hold some portion of maida in your hand if it clump together when join then its perfect.

Tip3 - Knead the dough slight stiff than regular dough.

Tip 4- Don't mash the potato completely.

Tip 5- Don't overdo the masala the real flavour of potato should come in the filling.

Tip 6 - Don't roll the dough in circular shape, roll it into oval shape.

Tip 7- Don't fry the samosas on high flame.

Everyone loves Allo Paratha, today I am sharing my way of making this delicious recipe.





Preparation time :- 30 minutes
Servings :- 4 
Ingredients:-


  • Whole wheat flour - 2 cups
  • Potato - 4 medium sized or 500 grams
  • Onion - 1 medium size finely chopped
  • Green chilly - 1 chopped
  • Ginger - 1/2 inch chopped
  • Green coriander leaves - 2 tbsp chopped
  • Anardana powder - 1 tsp
  • Kashmiri red chilly powder- 1/2 tsp
  • Carom seeds - 1 tsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Oil or ghee- as required


Method-





  • First prepare a soft dough by adding water to the flour.
  • Keep it for rest.
  • Now prepare stuffing.
  • Boil , peel and mashed the potato.
  • Now add onion, ginger, green chilly, carom seeds, anardana powder, chilly powder, saltand coriander leaves to the mashed potato.
  • Mix well all the ingredients.
  • Now take a ball out of the dough.
  • Roll it into 3 to 4 inch circle , put one tablespoon of stuffing on it. 
  • By joining all the edges of the circle make a ball.
  • Flat the ball by pressing between the palms.
  • Now roll this ball into a curcular paratha.
  • Prepare all the paratha by repeating the process.
  • Now heat tava over medium flame.
  • Place the rolled paratha on tava.
  • After one minute flip the paratha and apply oil on outer surface.
  • Gain flip the paratha and apply oil or ghee on other side.
  • Roast the paratha till brown spots comes on both surfaces.
  • Takeout from tava.
  • Your yummy allo paratha is ready to serve.
  • Serve hot with curd, pickle or sauce.

Kesar Peda Recipe / Instant Kesar Peda/ How to make Kesar Peda

Kesar Peda is a very instant and delicious Indian sweet. Traditionally peda made by mava and sugar .but in this recipe I am making this using condensed milk and milk powder.

It takes only 10 minutes to prepare this peda. so whenever you crave for something sweet you can easily make this delicious sweet.



Preparation Time - 15 minutes
 Servings - 4
Ingredients:-


  • Condensed milk- 400 ml tin
  • Milk powder - 200 grams
  • Kesar milk - 3 tablespoon
  • ghee - 2 tbsp
  • almonds - 8 sliced into halves
  • Cardamom powder- 1tsp



Method:-



  • First heat a pan over medium flame.
  • Add 1 tbsp of ghee, condensed milk and milk powder. 
  • Cook it over medium flame for 2 minutes by stirring continuously.
  • Add kesar milk and stir continuously.
  • After 1 minute add kesar milk.
  • cook for a minute.
  • now add cardamom powder, and rest 1 tbsp of ghee.
  • mix well.
  • turn off the flame,and let it cool.
  • take a small bowl of mixture and shape it into peda by rolling between the palms.
  • stick an almond half on it.
  • Make all the pedas by same method.
  •  your delicious kesar peda is ready to serve.
  • You can enjoy this peda to 4- 5 days.

Semolina Laddo / Suji Laddo/ Rava Laddo / How to make Rava Laddo

As the Festive season begins I thought to share some easy and quick sweet recipes. you can make this Suji dryfruit Laddo as prasad too.






Preparation Time:- 20 minutes
Servings :- 4 - 6

Ingredients :-


  • Semolina or Suji - 1 cup or 200 grams
  • Powdered sugar - 3/4 cup or 150 grams
  • Cashew nuts - 10 - 15
  • Raisins - 20 -25
  • Cardamom powder- 1 tsp
  • Warm milk - 4 tbsp
  • Desi ghee - 3 tbsp
  • Dessicated coconut powder - 50 grams


Method:-




  • In a pan add 1 tsp of ghee and fry cashew till light golden.
  • Take it out in a bowl and in the same pan fry raisins.
  • Now in the same pan add another tablespoon of ghee and roast suji over medium low flame till slight golden.
  • Now add powdered sugar and mix it properly.
  • turn off the flame.
  • Take out suji in a big bowl, let it cool slightly.
  • Now add fried dry fruits and cardamom powder and mix well.
  • Add 2 tbsp of warm milk and mix well, add another 2 spoon of milk and mix well.
  • Take out the little mixture and shape it into a laddo by pressing between palms.
  • Roll this laddo in coconut powder so that it cover with coconut powder.
  • Your yummy suji laddo is ready to eat.

Allu Masala Puri recipe is easy and quick recipe which you can make for kids lunchbox or your Sunday breakfast or snack.

Ingredients:-


  • Potato - 2 medium size (200 grams)
  • Wheat Flour :- 250 grams or 2 cups
  • Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Chilly Flakes - 1/2 tsp
  • Anardana powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Chat Masala - 1/2 tsp
  • Carom seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Oil 


Method:-






  • In a big bowl grate boil potatoes.
  • Now add wheat flour, turmeric powder, coriander powder, chilly flakes, anardana powder cumin seeds ,carom seeds ,salt and chaat masala powder.
  • Mix all the ingredients to form a dough by add little water at a time.
  • Now take out a boll from the  formed dough and roll it in to puri.
  • Roll all the puris out of the dough.
  • Now heat oil in a pan.
  • Fry puris  in hot oil by flipping from both sides.
  • Your yummy allu Masala Puri is ready to serve.
  • Serve hot with pickle, raita, curd or any subji.

Dhaba Style Matar Paneer /How to Make Restaurant Style Matar Paneer /Easy and Quick Matar Paneer

Matar Paneer is very common dish prepared prepared across all over India. This recipe consists of cottage cheese cubes and green peas cooked in onion tomato gravy.




Preparation Time:- 40 minutes
servings:- 4
Ingredients:-


  • Cottage cheese - 250 grams
  • Green peas - 200 grams
  • Onion - 2 medium size
  • Tomato - 3 medium size
  • Garlic cloves - 6-8
  • Ginger - 1 1/2 inch
  • Cumin seeds- 1 tsp
  • Bay leaf - 1
  • Cinnamon stick - 1 inch
  • Black cardamom - 1
  • Green cardamom - 2
  • Cloves -2
  • Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  • Kashmiri Red chilly powder- 1tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Kasuri methi - 1 tsp
  • Garam Masala powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Green coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
  • Deshi ghee - 1tbsp
  • Oil - 4 tbsp
  • Salt - to taste


Method:-





  • In a pan add 2 tbsp of oil and shallow fry the paneer cubes till light golden.
  • Takeout paneer cubes from the pan.
  • Now in the same pan add diced onion and saute it for 2 minutes.
  • Now add garlic cloves and ginger slices and saute it for a minute.
  • Add roughly chopped tomatoes and 1/2 tsp of salt, cover the pan with lid and cook it for 2 minutes.
  • After 2 minutes open the lid ,let it cool and make a fine paste out of it.
  • In another pan heat 2 tablespoon of oil, add 1 tsp of cumin seeds.
  • At the same time add bay leaf ,cinnamon stick black and green cardamom.
  • Now add onion tomato paste and cook for 3 to 4 minutes by covering the lid.
  • Remove the lid and add frozen green peas mix well.
  • Add a glass of water, mix well cover with lid and cook for 3 - 4 minutes.
  • After 4 minutes, remove the lid, mix and add fried paneer and kasoori methi.
  • Mix well and after sometime add green coriander leaves and garam masala powder.
  • Mix well, cover with lid and cook for 2 minutes so that all the flavours mix nicely and paneer becomes soft.
  • Now the final step of this recipe that is add tadka to sabji. 
  • In a tadka pan heat 1 tbsp of deshi ghee and add 1/4 tsp of kashmiri red chilly powder and pour it over the sabji. 
  • This tadka instantly enhance the colour and flavour of the sabji to many folds.
  • Your yummy matar paneer is ready to serve.
  • Serve hot with roti, naan,  paratha, puri or rice.

  • Semolina or suji - 1/3 cup or 70 grams
  • Boiled Potato - 3 medium size or 250 grams
  • Green chillies - 2 (deseeded and finely chopped)
  • Green coriander leaves - 1/4 cup finely chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Oil - for frying


Method:-




  • First in a pan boil 1/3 cup of water, when it starts boiling add suji.
  • Mix well , turn off the flame , Cover the pan and leave it to rest for 10 minutes.
  • Mean while grate the boiled potatoes.
  • Now in a bowl mix grated potatoes, suji dough, green chillies coriander leaves and salt.
  • Mix well.
  • Add one tablespoon of oil to the mixture and knead a soft dough.
  • Now take a small ball out of dough and make cylindrical shape fingers.
  • Now Heat oil in a pan and fry the fingers till light golden brown.
  • Your yummy snack is ready.
  • Serve hot with tomato sauce.

  • 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoon melted butter
  • 3 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice


Method:-




  • In a big bowl take milk and sugar and whisk it till sugar dissolves completely.
  • Now start adding dry ingredients.
  •  Sieve flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda.
  • Mix it with milk and sugar solution and make a smooth batter.
  • Now add butter and vanilla essence and mix well.
  • Now add lemon juice and mix it nicely.
  • Pour the batter into greased microwavable container.
  • Now microwave it for 5 minutes.
  • After 5 minutes take out the cake from microwave.
  • Let it cool down for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Decorate with chocolate syrup for extra chocolaty flavor.

Street Style Pav Bhaji / How to Make Pav Bhaji / Easy Pav Bhaji Recipe

Pav Bhaji is the most popular street food of Mumbai. Here I am sharing easy and quick method of making pavbhaji at home.




Preparation Time:- 40 minutes
Servings :- 4- 5
Ingredients:-


  • Pav - 2 packets
  • Potato - 4 medium sized 
  • Carrot - 1 big or 2 small
  • Peas - 1/2 cup
  • Capsicum- 1/2 finely chopped
  • Onion -2 medium size finely chopped
  • Tomato - 3 medium size finely chopped
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Green coriander - 2 tablespoon finely chopped
  • Butter - 50 grams 
  • Oil -1 tablespoon
  • Pavbhaji masala - 2 teaspoon
  • Haldi powder - 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder - 1tsp
  • Kashmiri red chilly powder - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt 1 1/2 tsp or according to taste
  • Green chilly - 1 chopped
  • Cumin seed - 1 tsp


Method:- 


  • First boil potato , carrot and peas.
  • In a hot pan add oil and 2 tablespoon butter add cumin seeds and let it splutter.
  • Add ginger garlic paste and cook for a minute.
  • Add onion and fry for 2 minutes. 
  • Add capsicum and fry for a minute.
  • Add tomatoes, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilly powder and pavbhaji masala and mix well.
  • Cover with lid for 4- 5 minutes.
  • After 5 minutes remove the lid give it a good mix and add boiled vegetables and with the help of masher start mashing the vegetables.
  • Add vegetable stalk and mash again 
  • Add fresh coriander and rest of butter and cook it for another 2 minutes by covering the lid.
  • After 2 minutes turn off the flame.
  • Your yummy bhaji is ready.
  • Now heat a tava add littke butter and sprinkle some pav bhaji masala and toast the pav from both sides.
  • Serve the hot pav with bhaji.

In this recipe I have used sweet bread which is easily available. Instead of sweet bread you can also use vanilla cake slices.

in this recipe you can use any fruit according to your choice and availability. here i am using mango, banana and pomegranate.





Preparation time :- 30 minutes
Servings:- 4

Ingredients:-

  • Full Cream Milk - 500ml
  • Sweet bread - 2 slices
  • Vanilla Custard powder - 2 tablespoon
  • Sugar - 4 tablespoon
  • Mango 1/2 cup (cut into small pieces)
  • Banana -1 (cut into small pieces)
  • Pomegranate - 1/2 cup
  • Cashew nut - 10 to 12 pieces
  • Raisins- 12 to 15 pieces


Method:-







  • First in a pan take the milk and keep it  to boil.
  • When milk become slight hot (lukewarm) take out 4-5 tablespoon of it and make a paste with custard powder.
  • Boil the milk for 4 to 5 minutes and start adding custard and milk batter into it by adding single spoon at a time and mix well.
  • Keep the flame low and mix continuously till milk become semi thick or rabri consistency.
  • Turn off the flame and let it cool down.
  • Once the custard cools down start assembling custard and fruits.
  • Cut the bread slices into small pieces and place it on the bottom of a bowl then pour  half custard over it.
  • Now put the fruit pieces over the custard and again repeat the process by placing bread slices over it.
  • Put the fruit pieces, cover it with custard.
  • Decorate it with dry fruits.
  • Your yummy fruit custard with sweet bread is ready to serve.

Easy and Tasty Lauki Kofta Recipe/ How to make Lauki Kofta / Easy Recipe

Lauki kofta is a very delicious Indian curry recipe. For making really soft kofta , don't add too much besan to kofta batter.





Preparation  Time :- 50 minutes
Servings:- 6-8
Ingredients:-
For kofta:-

Lauki - 400 grams (grated)
besan or gram flour - 100 grams
ginger - 1 inch (finely chopped)
green chilly - 1 (finely chopped)
salt - according to taste
turmeric powder - 1 1/2 tsp
carom seeds - 1/2 tsp
oil - for frying

For Curry:-


  • Onion - 2 medium size
  • Tomato - 3 medium size 
  • Ginger  - 2 inch long
  • Garlic - 10 -12 cloves
  • Green coriander leaves - 2 tablespoon (finely chopped)
  • Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  • Kashmiri red chilly powder - 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp or according to taste
  • Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Oil - 3 tablespoon


Method:-








  • First in a bowl mix grated lauki, 3/4 th of besan, ginger, green chilly and carom seeds.
  • Add the rest of besan and form a soft dough like consistency.
  • Heat oil in a pan and place kofta balls in it and fry till nicely golden.
  • Now in another pan heat 3 tbsp of oil and add cumin seeds.
  • Let it splutter and add onion, garlic and ginger paste.
  • Fry till golden in colour.
  • Add tomato puree, salt , coriander powder, turmeric powder, chilly powder, cumin and black pepper powder. 
  • Mix well and fry the masalas till oil starts separating from the corners.
  • Add water , cover with lid and let the gravy cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
  • After 5 minutes remove the lid, give it a mix and place the fried kofta inside the ravy.
  • Sprinkle green coriander leaves and garam masala powder and mix well.
  • Cover the kofta curry for 2 minites.
  • Turn off the flame.
  • Your yummy kofta curry is ready to serve.

All loves cheesy pasta so today I am sharing my easy pasta recipe. Here I am using whole wheat pasta, you can take any variant according to your choice.





Preparation Time- 30 minutes
Servings:- 2
Ingredients:-

  • Whole wheat pasta- 1 cup or 150 grams
  • Finely chopped onion- 2 tablespoon
  • Finely chopped capsicum- 2 tablespoon
  • Finely chopped tomato - 2 tablespoon
  • Tomato puree - 1/2 cup
  • Processed cheese- 3/4 cup (grated)
  • Vegetable oil- 3 tablespoon
  • Chilly flakes
  • Mixed herbs
  • Black pepper powder
  • Salt


Method:-





  • In a large pan boil pasta for 12 to 15 minutes or until it cook.
  • Strain and keep it aside.
  • Now heat a pan over medium flame.
  • Add oil and garlic and saute it for 1/2 a minute.
  • Add onion and cook till translucent.
  • Add capsicum and tomato and fry it for 2 minutes.
  • Now add tomato puree, salt, chilly flakes, pepper mixed herbs and mix well.
  • Cook it for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Now add boiled pasta and mix well.
  • Cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Add grated cheese and mix well.
  • Cook for a minute or till cheese melts.
  • Turn off the flame.
  • You yummy pasta is ready to serve.

Crispy Bread Suji Toast / Bread Suji Toast with Schezwan Chutney / Kids Snack and Lunchbox Recipe

Crispy bread suji toast is very healthy and tasty recipe for kids snack or lunchbox.

 In this recipe I have added capsicum , carrot, tomato and onion . You can add any veggies according to your choice and availability. If you want you can add chopped green chillies too.

Here I am using schezwan chutney , you can use tomato sauce too.





Preparation Time:- 30 minutes

Ingredients:-


  • Bread slices - 4 brown or white any
  • Suji or semolina - 3/4 cup
  • Fresh curd - 1/2 cup curd
  • Milk - 1/4 cup
  • Onion - 1/2 cup finely chopped
  • Tomato - 1/2 cup finely chopped
  • Capsicum - 1/2 cup finely chopped
  • Carrot - 1/2 cup finely chopped
  • Schezwan chutney - 2 tablespoon
  • Ghee - 2 tablespoon
  • Salt - according to taste
  • Black pepper powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Chilly flakes - 1 teaspoon


Method :-



  • In a bowl mix suji, curd 2 tablespoon of milk , onion, carrot , tomato, capsicum, salt pepper and chilly flakes.
  • Add some more milk and make a nice batter of thick consistency out of it.
  • Cover the bowl with a plate and give it rest for 10 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes remove the plate and mix well.
  • Put a bread slice on a plate and spread schezwan chutney over it nicely.
  • Now spread the suji batter over the chutney.
  • Make sure the layer of suji should not be too thick.
  • Heat a pan over medium flame .
  • Grease the pan with ghee and put the bread slice over it.
  • Let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes or till suji mixture cooks properly.
  • Apply some ghee on top surface of the bread.
  • Flip the side of bread,  cook it till golden.
  • Your crispy suji toast is ready.

  • Top it with grated cheese and seasoned it with mixed herb and chilly flakes.
  • Place it on tava over low flame and cover it with lid.
  • Let it cook for 3-4 minutes or till cheese melts properly.

Delicious Punjabi Rajma Masala /How to make authentic Panjabi Rajma Masala / Easy and Quick Rajma Masala

Rajma Masala (Kidney Bean) is the star of Punjabi cousin, but equally popular in all northern states of India.

Here in this recipe I am using nice amount of onion, tomato to make gravy thick and tasty and green corriander leaves to give it nice flavour and also subtle the flavour of garam masala.

There are two ways to make rajma masala :-
In first method pressure cook the beans first, then add them to creamy gravy.
In second way you don't need to pressure cook beans alone.

I use to make it both ways depends on my mood , but second one is my favourite way. you can also call it one pot method. As most of the time i use to make it for our Sunday lunch this method is quite convenient for me .

If you are a beginner than this method suits you perfectly well. The key of making good rajma masala is cooking rajma properly and use nicely flavoured garam masala.




Preparation Time:- 60 minutes
Servings:- 6

Ingredients:-


  • Rajma( any variety)- 1 cup or 200 grams
  • Onion - 2 medium size
  • Tomato - 4-5 medium size
  • Ginger - 2 inch long(grated)
  • Garlic cloves - 10 to 12 (grated)
  • Corriander powder- 1 tsp
  • Kashmiri red chilly powder- 1 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
  • Asafoetida (hing)- 1 pinch
  • Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt - 11/2 tsp or according to taste
  • Chopped corriander leaves - 2 tablespoons( chopped)
  • Cinnamon - 1 inch stick
  • Cloves - 4
  • Black cardamom - 1
  • Green cardamom- 4
  • Bay leaf - 1


Method:-



  • Clean and soak rajma or kidney beans  in water overnight or at least for 5 - 6 hours.
  • After overnight or 5-6 hours discard the water and wash the beans properly.
  • In a pressure cooker heat oil over medium flame.
  • Now add cumin seeds , cinnamon stick, Black and green cardamom, asafoetida and bay leaf and let it splutter for a minute.
  • Now add finely chopped onion and fry it till golden brown in colour.
  • Add grated  ginger and garlic and saute it for a minute.
  • Now add finely chopped tomato and mix well.
  • Start adding turmeric powder, kashmiri red chilly powder, corriander powder ,salt.
  •  mix well and let it cook till tomato softens down.
  • Stir in between and saute the masala till oil starts oozing out.
  • Now add rajma beans to the masala and cook it over medium flame for 3- 4 minutes so that the flavours of spices nicely mix with the beans.
  • Now add 3 cups of water and mix well.
  • Add green corriander leaves and garam masala powder and close the lid.
  • After one whistle on high fame let it cook for 30 minutes over low flame or till 6 to 7 whistles.
  • Turn off the flame and let the pressure come out on its on.
  • Your Delicious rajma masala is ready.
  • Serve it with jeera rice, plain rice or chapati.

In this recipe I  give classic french fries a spicy flavour by adding seasoning and extra crunch by adding wheat flour. Hope you all love this version of french fry.

  • Meanwhile , In a large bowl take potato slices and add cumin powder, black pepper powder, salt, chilly flakes and mixed herbs and mix well.
  • Now add wheat flour and mix well.
  • Now  start placing potato slices in hot oil one by one otherwise they will clump together.
  • Fry until golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove and drain excess oil on paper towel.
  • Your crispy crunchy and spicy french fries are ready.
  • Serve hot will tomato sauce.

Spinach Paratha /Green Paratha /Palak Paratha /How to make Palak Paratha


 Palak Paratha  is a nutritious Yummy recipe often served as a breakfast. in this recipe wheat flour, spinach and little spices are added to make it flavorful.

When it comes for children it is the best option to add some greens to their diet as most of them are not fond of spinach. But this way they have it happily. This is  most healthy lunch box option for kids.

Very easy to make and doesn't require any side this, this is the best option for your lunch or dinner too. you can have it with curd , pickle, tomato sauce.






Preparation Time:- 30 minutes
servings:- 8-10 parathas

Ingredients:-

  • Whole wheat flour- 2 cups or 300 grams( 11/2 cups for dough and 1/2 cup for dusting)
  • Spinach- 250 grams
  • Green chilly- 1 or 2
  • Garlic- 3-4 cloves
  • Ginger- 1/2 inch piece
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Oil or ghee- 1/4 cup or as required (here I am using ghee)

Method-

  • Rinse the spinach leaves nicely.
  • Put the spinach leaves in boiling hot water for 2-3 minutes, drain the water and let it cool.
  • In a blender take blanched spinach leaves, garlic cloves and ginger and make a puree out of it.
  • Now in a large bowl take the flour , carom seeds and salt.
  • Add spinach puree and make a soft dough, if require add water or spinach stock for dough.
  • Take a medium size ball from the dough and roll it into a small circle.
  • Spread some ghee on the top surface and fold it into semicircle or half.
  • Again spread ghee on the folded surface and once again fold it into half, you will get a triangular shape.
  • Roll it into desired size, remember to keep it slight thicker than chapati.
  • Put a tava on medium flame.
  • Place the palak paratha on hot tava.
  • Once you see some bubbles on paratha or after 10- 12 seconds flip it.
  • Apply some ghee or oil on top surface and flip it to another side.
  • Again apply ghee on other side.
  • Cook palak paratha by flipping it couple of times or till they are crisp and brown from both sides.
  • Make all the parathas this way.
  • Your delicious palak paratha is ready.
  • Serve hot with curd, pickle or tomato sauce.

Eggless Coconut Cookies Recipe/ Easy Homemade Coconut Cookies / How to make Coconut Cookies

Super easy to make, crunchy and loaded with the goodness of coconut this coconut cookies recipe is surprisingly delicious .

My kids love this simple cookies and for me its a tried and tested recipe over the years so I enjoy making this.

Baking this delicious coconut cookies is a treat for my sensory organ as I personally love the aroma of melted butter and coconut which comes from the oven.

In this recipe I am using all purpose flour ( you can also use whole wheat flour) and fresh homemade  unsalted butter.


Preparation Time:- 30 minutes

servings:- 16 cookies

Ingredients:-


  • All purpose flour- 200 grams or 1 cup
  • Desicated coconut- 1/2 cup
  • Butter- 1/2 cup or 100 grams( at room temperature)
  • Powdered sugar- 3/4 cup
  • Baking powder- 1/2 tsp
  • Baking soda - 1/4 tsp


Method:-


  • Mix baking powder, soda to the flour and keep it aside.
  • Take butter and sugar in a bowl and mix it properly with the help of whisker.
  • Now add flour in the butter sugar mixture and mix well so that no lumps left.
  • Add coconut and mix well if needed add 1-2 tablespoon of milk and make a dough.
  • Shape the cookies into your desired shape and size.
  • Preheat the oven at 180 degree centigrade.
  • Place the cookies on baking tray, put it in the oven and set it at 200 degree for 20 minutes.
  • After 20 minutes check if the cookies have turned light brown in the center and dark brown at the edges.
  • If yes then cookies are baked else set oven for 5 more minutes.
  • Takeout the coconut cookies from the oven and let them cool off.
  • You delicious coconut cookies is ready.
  • Enjoy this fresh cookies with your kids and family.
  • Store the remaining cookies in air tight container and enjoy later.

Potato Beans sabji/ How to make Spicy Potato Beans Fry/ How to make Basic Aloo Beans Fry

Potato Beans fry is a very basic dry sabji which used to cook in most of the Indian homes. It is very easy  recipe which you can prepare with minimal ingredients, and also takes very less time to cook if you have cut vegetables.

As potato and beans both are my absolute favoriate and we all aware of the goodness of green beans, I  use to make this recipe very often.

 It is a great side dish which you can serve with roti, paratha or puri . you can also serve it as a side dish with dal- rice. Personally I like it with my dal and rice.


Preparation time:-30 minutes

Servings:- 4

Ingredients:-


  • Beans- 250 grams
  • Potato- 1 medium sized
  • Cumin seeds- 1 tsp
  • Oil- 2 tablespoon
  • Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
  • Salt- 1 tsp
  • Corriander powder- 1 tsp
  • Red chilly powder- 1/2 tsp
  • Dry mango powder- 1/2 tsp


Method:-


  • First peel off and chop potato, also wash and cut green beans into 1 inch pieces and keep it aside.
  • Now heat a pan over medium heat , now put oil in heated pan. 
  • Put cumin seeds and let it splutter.
  • Now add cut vegetables in the pan and mix well.
  • Let it cook for 5 minutes and stir occasionally.
  • Now add turmeric powder, salt, corriander powder and red chilly powder.
  • Mix well and cover it with lid.
  • After 3-4 minutes open the lid and mix well  and let it cook properly.
  • Check after 5 minutes if vegetables cook properly or not, if vegetables are cooked then its ready to serve.
  • Serve hot with roti or paratha or as a side dish with dal- rice.
